Head on the Tools > Extensions
Then there you must see the uTorrentControl2,
just press the trash can!
AND VIOLA~
CLEAR AS A PLASTIC! XD

This doesn't work! Try creating a new profile under the wrench and it comes back!
It worked on mine.. Did you check the link I shared?
If it's still there.. try uninstalling it on the control panel..
Hope it works now.. ;D
